About the requirment:
My client are hiring a Delivery Lead to form part of our growing team. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for delivering the companies TRE proposition.
TRE Delivery Lead Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth technical knowledge to guide and support development teams in adhering to best practices and delivering high-quality solutions.Agile Methodology: Champion and implement Agile principles and practices, ensuring teams are consistently delivering value in an iterative and incremental manner.Ticket Management in GitHub: Effectively manage and prioritize project tasks and issues using GitHub, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the development life cycle.SDLC Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.Trusted Research Environments: Ideally, bring experience working in trusted research environments, understanding the unique challenges and requirements associated with such environments.Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.Resourcing: Ability to build diverse teams through execution of excellent hiring processes and planning.Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment between business needs and development activities.Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.TRE Delivery Manager experience:
