I am supporting the search on behalf of my client, who is looking for a Delivery Manager to join a fast growing financial services group specialising in retirement income products and services, including pensions, annuities, and insurance.
As part of the Group's expansion, they are recruiting for a number of Delivery Manager roles across various business areas, including Retail, Consumer Duty, Hub, Group, and Finance, as well as Technology & Operations, to support the company's commercial growth.
Experience with leading Azure infrastructure migrations and managing large scale migration programs is essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in project management, particularly in stakeholder management and handling diverse priorities within the business context. Additionally, a proven track record of successful change delivery in complex commercial environments is necessary, along with expertise in managing multifunctional projects and programs effectively.
