Delivery Manager required for a new role with a regional construction business. This is with a regional civil engineering business and has been created to meet the needs of an imminent and substantial expansion following large contract wins.
This is full-time and can be based in Hebburn or Darlington to suit the applicant.
The Role
The Delivery Manager is a key role in the Operations Team, leading the North East.
Commercial, Planning and Business Support teams. You will be responsible for the effective delivery of operations, should that be commercial, planning, scheduling, customer service or support and administration services.
Displaying strong commercial acumen and a thorough understanding of contractual delivery, you will ensure the appropriate supporting structure is in place for work to be carried out efficiently and effectively whilst providing the best possible levels of customer service, creating positive experiences for customers and driving performance across the department.
Using emotional intelligence, you will build positive relationships within your team, stakeholders and clients. This will ensure we drive forward in a single direction and work together, efficiently.
The Person
Applicants must have experience in a fast-paced environment and be strong and confident leaders, with experience of leadership and management across teams. They will be dynamic thinkers with the ability to adapt and change to evolving challenges. Additionally, they will also have well developed customer facing competencies, with the ability to present and communicate at senior levels and across a range of stakeholders.
Remuneration
£45,000 to £53,000 per annum.
