Delivery & Ops Specialist

• Norwich, office based
• 6 month temporary assignment

This enthusiastic and friendly Delivery & Operations IT team is looking for someone with a passion for providing excellent customer service and support.
Working alongside Deskside support colleagues, you will be; 

• Arranging the secure collection of redundant kit from regional sites for resale/disposal
• Arranging the collection of IT equipment from colleagues’ homes who have left the company  

Skills required;

• Excellent collaboration and customer service skills
• The ability to multitask whilst working in a busy back-office environment
• A good understanding of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 is essential
