Location: Newbury OR London + *Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct periodic reviews to assess adherence to established standards, fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to the delivery method and governance regime, providing valuable insights and support to Vodafone UK D&IT's senior leadership teams.
  • Actively listen to the requirements, feedback, and insights of the team, assessing their viability against the strategic direction of the xMO. Make objective decisions on whether to proceed with execution and, if affirmative, curate a plan for execution.
  • Identify areas for enhancement and efficiency gains, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, improve the flow of value, and enhance project delivery.
  • Develop and sustain regular reporting mechanisms to track and communicate operational and improvement metrics.

Who You Are:

  • Proven expertise in navigating compliance, governance, and audit requirements within the dynamic landscape of delivering Technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Exceptional reporting and analytical skills.
  • Proficient understanding and practical application of SAFe concepts and principles.
  • Comprehensive understanding and practical application of waterfall methodologies.
  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty and complexity, remaining agile in evolving work environments.
