pay rate: £510 p/day inside IR35.

Role type: 3 Month contract with extension.

- Dell PowerScale
- Data Domain
- Configuring advanced product features (e.g., Sync IQ, Snapshot) and managing incidents/issues
- Executing BAU service requests and enhancing operational/BAU processes and procedures
- Providing clear and concise communication to senior management during significant incidents and periodically reviewing the health of the estate to maintain stability
- Reporting on management aspects such as capacity, workload progress updates, and risks/issues
