Description
- Research and identify potential contacts for selected customers to target via various channels, including online research, company data platforms, social media, industry events, and networking. Build and maintain a robust database of qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads.
- Constantly seek to improve processes and performance through continuous learning and development.
- Participate in industry events and stay updated on market trends.
- Maintain accurate and detailed lead generation records in the CRM system.
- Using LinkedIN Outreach/Sales Navigator to develop new opportunities
Profile
A successful Demand/Lead Generation Specialist should have:
- A degree or equivalent in marketing, business or related field.
- Be an expert in the usage of LinkedIN Sales Navigator
- Experience in demand +lead generation and marketing, preferably in the industrial / manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
