Demand Management Associate

Your new role
Part of a very busy Demand Management team, the primary focus of this role is to run the MRP, amend as required and analyse the outcome to determine whether a Purchase Order (PO) or Distribution Order (DO) is required. Liaise with suppliers, expedite overdue orders and report on supplier compliance. Support National Accounts and help the Sales Team and Customer Support with stock queries. There will be the opportunity to learn and develop in different areas to provide cover and support for other roles within the DMT when required.

• Previous experience in a process driven and regulated environment
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong team player
• Excellent ability to interact effectively with colleagues
• Comfortable in dealing with all levels of the organisation
• Able to provide a consistent and professional level of communication to internal & external customers.
• Good working knowledge of an MRP/ERP system
• Able to adapt to change and be innovative with solutions and improvements.
• Able to work on your own or as part of a team and demonstrate self-motivation to achieve the company, team and individual objectives.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workloads.
• Process oriented and able to demonstrate experience of working in a regulated environment specifically within GDP guidelines.
