Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Demand Planner. In this role you will be responsible for creating an accurate demand plan for your channel and product portfolio. Consolidating demand signals, analyzing and translating findings into actionable insights. Identifying optimisation opportunities across the supply chain and supporting initiatives to improve our demand-supply match.

Your Mission
- Monitor, analyze, and report data for budgeting and forecasting
- Consolidate demand at multiple levels of aggregation
- Support annual & seasonal business planning/monthly rolling forecasting process by driving volume and value forecasting
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder input to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
- Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with sales, marketing, finance to ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
- Provide input to the Supply Planning in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs
Your Story
- 3+ years of experience in a Demand Planning environment, experience in the sportswear industry a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of demand planning, processes, ERP and tools
- Strong statistical skills, data visualization and storytelling skills
- Experience leading internal and external business partners across management levels and from different cultural backgrounds to drive decision making around new and complex topics
