Demi Chef De Partie - Luxury Japanese Restaurant

The House, charmingly reflects the guests and characters who floated amongst the rooms throughout the 1900s. The Dining Room, our Japanese Grill restaurant, offers a casually elegant dining experience, featuring a modern approach to Japanese cuisine.

What’s the role about?

Our Demi Chef de Parties are responsible for a section in the kitchen and are integral to the production of delectable dishes, serving stylish modern food in a relaxed but fast paced environment. Your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience in our Japanese Grill Restaurant.

As our Demi Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to use fresh produce, often sourced from our own gardens or local suppliers.
You will play an integral role within the kitchen brigade and together with the team will take every opportunity to delight our guests.

Shift Pattern:

For this role you will typically work 5 days out of 7 including weekends.

2 double shifts 9am-11pm 3 straight shifts 9am-4pm or 4pm-11pm. (open to discuss shift patterns at interview)
