My client has just created a new position to support kitchen midweek and run their own section at the weekend
- weekend set up is breakfast and brunch consisting of baked goods and brunch offering
- freedom to create within financial guidelines
- double time on bank holidays
- Able to work alone and be confident talking to customers
- Prepare ingredients and cook food according to recipes and menu specifications
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
