Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors and provide them with a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional appearance and demeanor
