Dental Hygienist/Therapist

Location: Rugby Smiles Dental Clinic, Rugby Town Centre

Start Date: Immediate start available, beginning on a Friday with a view to increasing days.

With a brand new facility, we are proud to offer onsite parking for our staff and patients. Our practice focuses on cosmetic dentistry and dental implants, utilizing the latest technology and techniques to provide exceptional care. We are a forward-thinking clinic, committed to advancing in the dental field and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our clinic, providing top-quality dental hygiene services and contributing to our patients' overall oral health. This position initially offers a start of one day a week (Friday), with the prospect of increasing days as the clinic grows.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting dental assessments and cleaning teeth to remove plaque and calculus.
• Providing preventive dental care advice and treatments.
• Applying sealants, administering fluoride treatments, and performing X-rays.
• Assisting with the diagnosis and treatment of oral diseases.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene strategies to maintain and improve oral health.
• Collaborating with dentists and other team members to provide comprehensive dental care.

Requirements:

• Valid registration with GDC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient-focused approach and commitment to high-quality care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and dental implants is an advantage.
