Dental Nurse - Cockermouth Total Orthodontics

Monday to Friday

40 hours a week

As a qualified Dental Nurse working here in Total Orthodontics Cockermouth you will gain experience in:

photo taking
Impressions if/when you have your certificate
Cast models and make retainers in our lab
Itero scanner and care stream scanner
Get trained in 4 handed dentistry which involves you in the patients treatment
Plus we offer the following courses in Impression taking, Orthodontic nursing, Oral health education, Radiography

Qualified Dental Nurse skills and experience required for this role:

• GDC Registered
• Preferred Dentally experience
• Ensure CQC requirements are met
• Update patient records - digitally held
• Set up decontamination of instruments
• Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists
• Undertake some reception duties
• Willingness to provide exceptional patient care
