SalaryWe’re looking for a Dental Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team in our two-surgery, fully private dental practice. Rate of pay dependent upon experience and qualifications - £13 starting rate for qualified Dental Nurses, increasing with additional qualifications and/or responsibilities.

We're committed to providing comprehensive training and mentoring throughout your Apprenticeship, through which you'll achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing. £10.50-11.44ph during Apprenticeship training.
Practice opening hours are Mon-Thurs 8am-8pm, Fri-Sat 8am-6pm. Working hours follow a regular shift pattern working 37 hours/week across 4 days. Hours include working alternate Fridays and Saturdays.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and caring for patients, providing an excellent patient experience.
- Providing chair-side support to dentists.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control.
- Ensuring the dental surgery is set up with the equipment and materials needed for treatment.
- Organising and stocking the dental surgery.
- Setting up the decontamination of instruments.
- Supporting the clinical team as needed.
- Maintaining stock and ordering supplies.
- Assisting with lab tasks as needed.
- Assisting with front office tasks as needed.
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent standards of patient care and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills and a friendly and positive attitude.
- Being highly motivated and eager to learn.
- Being organised and able to plan and complete work efficiently and effectively.
- Good computer literacy.
