We are dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and services to our community. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Practice Manager with a strong clinical and sales background to lead our dental and reception teams.
The Role:
As the Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our dental team, developing the business, increasing patient volume, and ensuring contract metrics are achieved. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operational Excellence: Ensuring the smooth operation of the practice, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
-NHS contract reform knowledge and understanding would be beneficial.
- Team Leadership: Managing and inspiring the dental and reception teams to deliver exceptional customer service and care. The ability to lead Team meetings and hold regular performance appraisals with team members.
- Business Development: Implementing strategies to grow the business, increase patient volume, and ensure financial success.
- Marketing: Utilising your knowledge in digital marketing and paid ads to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager in a Dental Practice or similar healthcare environment. We will also consider qualified dental nurses with a strong sales and business background.
- Excellent understanding of sales, business development, and marketing strategies.
- Proactive, problem-solving skills, and highly motivated to drive the practice's success.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Experience in online marketing, including knowledge of paid advertising strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant qualifications in business, management, or healthcare administration are desirable but not essential.
