Dental Practice Manager

We are Market Street Dental Care, a private and NHS Dental Practice based in Nottingham city centre. We provide care from our modern, 6-surgery Dental Practice.

We are currently recruiting for the Practice Manager role, to lead our team and help us achieve our business goals.

This is a varied role with excellent opportunities for personal development and career progression. This role includes:

• Leading the practice team, building an open and positive working environment for all colleagues.
• Delivering regular staff meetings and 1:1’s.
• Delivering appraisals with achievable personal development plans that help our colleagues and our practice grow.
• Ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of patient journey from first contact, to end of treatment.
• Performing regular checks and audits to keep our practice compliant, ensuring safe and well-managed facilities for patients and staff.
• Growing private income through dentist engagement and marketing activities including in-house and social media promotions.
• Managing costs, analysing profit and loss, and implementing actions and new ways of working that will enable profitability.

All of the above is possible because you have excellent organisational skills and you are adaptable to the needs of the practice. Furthermore, you are someone that resolves problems quickly and effectively and communicates well with all stakeholders.

You will be supported by our small and friendly management team and fellow Practice Managers in surrounding areas. This really is a team effort and help is never far away.
