Dental Practice Manager

Isca Dental and Implant Centre in Newport, South Wales have a fantastic opportunity for a DentalPractice Manager on a part- or full-time basis to lead a great team at our advanced private Dental Practice.

We are looking for an ambitious and commercial Dental Practice Manager who will relish the accountability of being truly empowered to make decisions and be excited by the opportunity to drive growth. This opportunity would suit a Lead Dental Nurse or Treatment Coordinator keen to make a move into management. Experience within a dental setting is essential for this role.

You’ll have a fantastic team to manage - experienced, welcoming, and supportive, and we can also offer you an instant peer support group of like-minded Practice Managers with plenty of opportunities to learn from and share ideas with each other through regular regional meetings, social events, and our legendary Summer Party.

You will also have the benefit of being supported by an experienced regional manager, a marketing team, finance teams, and other teams of experts.

We are a growing group with future opportunities opening out as we scale up for ambitious Practice Managers who want to develop further.

About the Practice

We are a 3-surgery advanced private practice offering general dental services alongside implants, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and facial aesthetics.

Isca Dental and Implant Centre is located in the heart of the prosperous Roman town of Caerleon, Southeast Wales. We are in a town centre location with a local train and bus station nearby.

• Hours – Part or Full time (3 days minimum or full time can be accommodated)
• Experience within a dental role is essential
