Dental Receptionist

The Dental Implant Clinic is a state-of-the-art, multi-disciplinary referral practice that has embraced digital technology. We pride ourselves on delivering an excellent service to our patients and as such actively seek likeminded individuals to join our team.

As well as being a multidisciplinary referral practice, we are also an education centre, specifically working alongside the University of Bristol with their MSc Dental Implantology programme.

As an independent business we are forward thinking and have a passion to grow and develop building on the incredible reputation of our practice.

Primary role is to support the existing reception team and leading our patient journey. Specific duties will include:

• Dealing with patients on a daily basis
• Answering the telephone
• Responding to emails
• General admin duties

The successful candidate will have the following key attributes:

• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• High standard of personal presentation
• Good dental knowledge (preferable)
• Experience of dental software (Software of Excellence Exact preferable)
• Competent in the use of all Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team in a very busy environment
• Willingness to be flexible to aid the smooth running of the practice

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17.50 – 24.75 per week
