We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive patient experience by managing front desk operations efficiently.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Manage patient records and update information as needed
- Process insurance claims and verify coverage
- Handle billing and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is ideal
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is ideal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Office administration experience
