We have an exciting opportunity to join our Private Practice in York, dedicated to providing excellent dental care.
This is a full-time position running a busy and productive reception area whilst creating a caring environment for our patients. We are looking for that warm and happy individual who can communicate well at all levels whilst consistently representing the high standards of our brand.
The main duties include
- First point of contact, welcoming patients, checking them in at reception and directing them to the correct waiting room
- First point of contact, dealing with customer queries either in person, over the phone or by email
- Cash handling
- Monitoring emails and voicemails and responding in a timely manner
- Diary management for a busy 6 surgery practice
- Scanning of all incoming post and putting all stock in the correct area
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing lab work
- Opening and closing the practice at the beginning and end of the day
The ideal candidate will:
- Enjoy working in a busy environment.
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be proficient in the use of computer- emails, MS word and Excel
- Supplement for qualified and GDC registered dental nurses.
