Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team, providing exceptional front-of-house service to our patients in a private practice, four days per week.

The role will include:

· Treating patients courteously and professionally at all times

· Managing appointment diaries and arranging appointments

· First point of contact for patient enquiries in person, over the telephone and via email

· Processing payments and general reception duties, including scanning

The ideal candidate will have a professional approach, excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in the care and welfare of people. You will also need to have good organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a proven ability to work with colleagues to achieve outcomes in a timely manner.

Previous experience working in a reception position either in a dental practice or other professional organisation is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

The position is Monday - Thursday, 8.30am – 5pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
