Dental Receptionist

Private dental practice opportunity in Nottingham

Due to our growth, an excellent chance to join a fast paced friendly dental team has arisen.

We are a welcoming private practice seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist.

Prior dental experience is desirable.

Knowledge of Dentally Software is an advantage, however, it is not essential and training will be provided.

The working hours are extremely flexible.

We require a hard working member of staff who is capable of multi-tasking and who is able to provide an excellent practice experience for all our patients.

The role as a receptionist:

Welcoming patients and creating a good first impression providing excellent customer service.

• Dealing with patient queries and complaints.
• Arranging and scheduling appointments.
• Taking phone calls and updating patient records.
• Handling payments, processing refunds.
