We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our front of house team and play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our valued patients.

Parkview Dental Centre is situated in a beautiful area on Fonnereau Road just outside of Ipswich town centre, near Christchurch Park. Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement:
• Evaluate and refine reception processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement best practices for patient management, appointment scheduling, and communication protocols.
• Work closely with surgeries to streamline cross-functional processes and promote excellent collaboration.
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring all patients receive a warm and professional welcome.
• Resolve enquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive and customer-centric approach.
• Implement training programmes that enhance the customer service skills of the reception team.
• Front Desk Operations:
• Day-to-day front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and appointment coordination.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area to create a positive first impression for visitors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and services.

Qualifications & Qualities:

• Previous experience in a reception or customer service setting.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Team-building abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and quick to pick up other software.
• You will be well-presented, passionate and a superb communicator with a desire for career progression and a love or ongoing personal and professional development.
