Dental Treatment Coordinator

Sparkle Dental Boutique are looking for a Part Time Treatment Care Coordinator to join our multi award winning fully private dental practice in Hanwell, West London. We are looking for a patient focussed individual to co-ordinate treatment plans with our clinicians and patients, also working with our marketing team to support in social media and practice events. The practice holds regular open days and the TCO's role is integral in supporting in organising such events.
Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
We provide services which include General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics and Hygiene. The practice has an intra oral camera and is fully digitalised using SOE software.

Key responsibilities & duties:
Understand the brand message of the practice and deliver outstanding patient experiences.
Ability to communicate with referring dentists and build relationships.
Ability to support and motivate the nursing team, chairside support for clinicians to meet the goals of the practice.
Support the Practice Manager with Risk assessments, infection control, clinical audits, COSHH file, Surgery inspection, Stock maintenance in line with CQC
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with our patients
Hours: Part Time. Mondays 8-1, Tuesdays 8-5 & Fridays 8-5. Must be willing to work 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota basis.
Work experience and skills:
Specialist chair side assisting
CQC and Compliance familiarity
Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
Exceptionally high level of customer service, to deliver the best possible patient journey.
Academic or trade qualifications:
Experience with SOE software is desirable
