Job Description:
Avondale House Dental Surgery, the largest and longest-established dental surgery in Rugeley, Staffordshire, is seeking a caring dentist for an Associate position. We are an independently owned dental surgery, offering both NHS and private treatments. We are open to applications from experienced dentists as well as newly qualified dentists. The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with the surgery operating five days a week. We are also open to locum dentists.

Notice periods considered with some flexibility with an April 2024 start proposed

Earn up to 55% on Private Income
We offer an attractive and higher than average UDA rate of £28.00 per uda, with a low needs list and the potential for excellent private earnings. The number of UDAs available is 5100, ,with an increasing amount of private work, including Invisalign cases. As a practice, we are actively growing our private patient base for our associates. With our associates earning around a 60 -40 split nhs to private income. The surgery is increasing and growing its composite bonding and clear brace cases. We also provide internal CPD (Continuing Professional Development) opportunities for all our staff.
Working Environment:
You will enjoy full clinical freedom and support from an experienced team of five other dentists. The surgery is well-equipped with modern dental technology, including iTero scanners, digital x-rays, and rotary endodontic equipment. Our practice management software includes SOE and Exact.
Location:
Avondale House Dental Surgery is conveniently located in Rugeley, which is close to Burton, Lichfield, Cannock, Stafford, and Uttoxeter. Additionally, major cities like Derby, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, and Stoke are all less than 45 minutes away.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have an active NHS performer number, valid indemnity insurance, and an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) or CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check.
