Your new role
You will be supporting a busy department with administrative duties to cover long-term sickness.
Duties will include:
- General filing and retrieving of documents
- Monitoring the department mailbox and directing queries
- Assist with collating onboarding documents
- Retrieve information on policies and signpost to intranet pages
- Assist in the recruitment process
What you'll need to succeed
- Willingness to undergo background checks
- Experience in recruitment or HR
- Be a team player and have a track record of building good relationships
- Experience of using Teams and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
