In this role you will deliver a high level of general and specialist administrative support, whilst providing an efficient and effective service to students, colleagues and external contacts.
Working with our Developing Young Workforce Partnership and Digital Learning teams, you will deliver service excellence and high standards whilst building relationships and maintaining a customer focused and confident manner at all times.
You must be educated to minimum of HNC Level or equivalent (SCQF Level 7) in a relevant subject, and have experience of dealing with a wide variety of challenging tasks, often to tight deadlines and be highly proficient in MS Office and in particular Word and Excel.
Experience of dealing with a wide range of customers and providing high levels of customer service and experience of planning, prioritising and organising work, or resources and proactively working with others to achieve team / department objectives is essential.
