Depot Administrator - Parkhead, Glasgow
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Depot Administrator at our Parkhead location in Glasgow. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our depot, contributing to the efficient running of the office and providing essential support to the management team.

- Previous experience in a hire office administration role
- Knowledge or experience working in the scaffold industry advantageous
- Must be able to work independently and show initiative
- Professional manner, cheerful outlook, and well-presented
Responsibilities:
- Taking messages and directing calls to the relevant person
- Managing time sheets and wages
- Providing excellent customer support
- Processing customer orders through to invoice stage
- Assisting managers and the team with all administration support
- Diary and inbox management
- Data entry onto bespoke software and Excel spreadsheets
- General office duties
- Generating quotes for the sales team
- Producing reports from Connect
- Assisting with client/inter-depot queries
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for the Management team
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Salary and Benefits:
- 24,000 - 25,000 per year
- Bonus Scheme

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
