Depot Foreman

Through the effective management of your team, you will ensure that thorough efficient operating procedures are implemented at all times in the depot.Customer service must be maintained to the highest level whilst also operating within our company policies and meeting the overall objectives of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will maintain an awareness of cost control, managing P&L, budgets and audit reports, whilst managing the quality systems.You will ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with HSE regulations to ensure that the branch is operating within H&S legislation.What We’re Looking ForKnowledge of the equipment that Groundforce supplies to the construction and utility industriesA good understanding of H & S standards and fully conversant with H & S policy and procedures Competent at reading and interpreting technical drawing and literatureFull UK driving licence (essential)Experience of managing a team will be an advantageValid counter-balance fork-lift truck licence (essential)CSCS Card Site Visitor (desirable)Intermediate computer literacy – MS Office, OutlookWhat We Can Offer You 25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysMon-Fri hours – no weekendsCompany PensionLife Assurance coverSave As You Earn SchemeCycle to work scheme Free on site parkingFree Tool HireTraining & Development OpportunitiesRegular Discounts (eg.
