They are based in Bristol and are within the Logistics distribution and supply chain sector.
Description
The Responsibilities of the Depot Manager will be;
- Overseeing the daily operations of the depot
- Implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Managing and training depot staff
- Coordinating logistics and delivery schedules
- Handling customer queries and complaints
- Preparing reports on depot performance
Profile
A successful Depot Manager should have:
- A degree in business management, logistics, or a relevant field
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the FMCG industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software
- CPC Qualified or willing to complete the course
- Transport and Warehouse Exposure
- Commutable daily to central Bristol
Job Offer
