We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team, you will be working alongside the Area Manager ensuring services are delivered in a way that puts the people we support at the centre of their support, promoting rights, choice, dignity and diversity. The Deputy Area manager will be expected to meet organisational and statutory requirements, including delivery of our compliance with Care Quality Commission outcomes, with reference to guidelines and Frontier Support's standards, policies and procedures.
The Deputy Area Manager will provide effective and clear leadership to all employees to ensure standards of performances are maintained to the highest level, completing supervisions, annual appraisals, rota management and compliance audits.
You will be attending reviews, professional meetings and standing in for the Area Manager will be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
