Your responsibilities will include…
- Organising the banking hall at the beginning of the day to ensure adequate levels of cover
- Managing the end of day procedures to ensure all checks and controls are undertaken
- Embedding the Fit to Practice scheme alongside the Branch Manager
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers for a customer centric approach
- Proactively managing employee issues that may arise
This is a full time position at the Canterbury Branch with the hours of work for the role following the pattern of Monday to Friday from 0900 – 1700 hours with the requirement to work alternate Saturday’s from 0900 –1230. Time back in lieu will be given for Saturdays worked.

Not only will you provide your customers with an exceptional service, you will also be empowered to support the Branch Manager in the development and success of the branch team.

Could you be the one?:
- Previous work experience in a customer facing role in a Branch environment
- Experience of supervising and line managing staff is desirable
- Robust understanding of the Financial Services Industry in relation to branch banking
