Deputy Care Home Manager

Medsolve are proud to be working with a client who offer 24-hour, all-inclusive residential and dementia care in their state-of-the-art Care homes. who are currently looking for a Deputy Home Manager to join them to cover a period of Maternity Leave at their site in Bicester.

This is a full-time role – 42.5 hours per week - 3 on/3 off constant shift patterns 8am - 8pm

My client offers a salary of £16.29 per hour.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play crucial role supporting in all aspects of managing and running the Care Home to support staff members and meet the welfare of residents.

You will promote a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of personal care, meeting individual needs and ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity and rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required of the Deputy Home Manager:
· An NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential for this role
· At least 1 years’ experience of being a Deputy Manager or a Team Leader in a residential Care Home setting.
· Be looking to take the next step in your career
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· A professional, confident and warm personality.
· A caring disposition.
· Leadership qualities, enthusiasm along with influencing and motivational skills.
· Willing and able to provide an out of hours on call service.
