Deputy Customer Experience Manager (Fixed Term)

We are currently looking for a Deputy Customer Experience Manager on a Fixed Term contract until the 26th of January 2025 who will assist the Customer Experience Manager and Deputies at our wonderful King’s Theatre and Theatre Royal, Glasgow. These venues welcome some of the world’s best performers in a vast array of concerts, comedy performances, opera, ballet, dramas, and musicals.
Within the role you’ll support and motivate the team to achieve their day-to-day sales targets from our various bars, kiosks, and at-seat delivery service, and proactively work to improve what we offer to our customers. You'll be working in a friendly, dedicated team in two dynamic, exciting venues - so this is an ideal opportunity if you enjoy working in a varied, busy role with a diverse range of people.
