Deputy Divisional Director Of Operations | Bolton Nhs Foundation Trust

Here at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust we are looking for a Deputy Divisional Director of Operations for our Anaesthetics and Surgical Services Division.
We are looking for an experienced operational leader with a comprehensive understanding of elective services, including referral to treatment (RTT), Cancer and DM01
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational leadership of the 18-week and cancer targets for the trust, and so an ability to work effectively in partnership with other divisional colleagues is essential.

The current priorities for the Division are;
• Safely and effectively meeting the national elective care recovery milestones
• Recovering our cancer performance standards in line with our agreed recovery trajectory
• Leading our new theatres build programme
• Ensuring our patients, our services and our colleagues are supported through ongoing periods of industrial action
• Delivering a safe and effective winter plan
• Workforce recruitment, retention, development and support
• Financial recovery
• Contribution to effective joint working on elective and cancer care within the GM ICS
