Please read the job description listed below: Provide professional leadership to the nursing teams across the Division including Matrons, Ward/Dep managers, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Advanced Clinical Practitioners Work in partnership with others divisions/stakeholders to ensure patients receive the right care in the right place at the right time Lead urgent and emergency care pathways to deliver an outstanding experience for patients and families; in line with continuous improvement model Harm Free Care Lead Professionally lead the practice development of Nurses within Medicine Budget responsibility Workforce Planning Overall responsibility for vacancy / talent management, ensuring all vacancies are recruited to in a timely manner and in line with the Trust Recruitment and Selection Policy
