Are you an experienced cleaner with experience in a supervisory or managerial role?
Do you want to join a supportive and busy Domestic Services team, where you can play a key role delivering cleaning services?
You will be joining a team which is responsible for cleaning across the St. Edward’s site, which includes teaching spaces, leisure spaces and boarding houses. You will support the Domestic Services and Lettings Manager in the overall day to day management of the Domestic Services team.
This will include monitoring the levels of cleanliness throughout the school and organising deep cleans when necessary, as well as monitoring the school's Domestic Services and white goods budget and ordering cleaning consumables.
You will also be responsible for the smooth delivery of the facilities reception services, including signing in visitors and contractors and taking delivery of couriered post and parcels.
About you
Good working knowledge of cleaning best practice and health and safety practices is essential.
You will also need experience of cleaning in a supervisory or managerial role, as well as good communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
