Tonic are assisting with our client's search for a Deputy General Manager for their pub in Stourbridge. The pub serves a casual food menu, a wide range of beers and real ales, spirits and cocktails. We seek someone with the drive and ambition to join this growing company.
What experience are we looking for in the successful Deputy General Manager?
- You must have been an assistant or deputy manager in a pub, bar or restaurant environment.
- You will be driven to contribute to the business's continued success with a good knowledge of beers and cocktails and a passion for genuine hospitality.
- You will love what you do and enjoy training and developing junior team members to be the best they can be
