St Katherine’s School is seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher to join our senior Leadership Team from September 2024. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic plan and building on the success of recent years. You will be somebody who places young people at the heart of every decision, and your leadership will motivate and inspire colleagues to do the same.

You will have a successful track record of improving the Quality of Education through your leadership. You will have successful leadership experience in delivering the highest expectations and standards across some of the key areas of senior leadership; curriculum, teaching and learning, coaching, assessment.

You will be an excellent communicator and a team player who is able to work under pressure to effectively manage the process of change. You will need a ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to deliver excellence across all areas of leadership, as the school continues to develop. You will deputise for the Headteacher and be instrumental in shaping our learning community.
