A Nursing Home based near Cardiff are looking for an experienced Nurse to work as a Deputy Manager in an 80+ bed Nursing Home specialising in Elderly Dementia and General Elderly care.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established Nursing Home owned by a market leader in the private healthcare industry. The home is fully compliant with CQC essential standards and offers a fantastic environment for both staff and residents.

You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated, undertaking regular clinical audits and supervisions.
Applicants for this Deputy Manager position should meet the following criteria:
NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RGN/RNLD Experienced in a managerial or supervisory capacity in a clinical setting, ideally within the elderly care sector. However, an experienced Staff Nurse would also be consideredDemonstrate proven elderly and dementia care experienceConfident leading, developing and motivating a team of Nurses and HCAsDemonstrate good working knowledge of CQC essential standards
