Form of workWe are looking for a Deputy Home Manager (RGN/RMN) to work in a luxury nursing, dementia and residential care home in Leatherhead, Surrey. This comes with a salary of 26 per hour ( 56,784 per annum) and excellent benefits!
As the Deputy Home Manager you will be working 42 hours per week, alongside a warm, friendly and hard-working team.

- Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home
- Leading the care team and forming strong relationships with residents, relatives and MDT
- Responsible for delivering the highest standard of care and taking responsibility in the HM's absence, supervising and coaching colleagues.
