Deputy Home Manager needed in Colwyn Bay

Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager in Colwyn Bay. This residential home is seeking an experienced deputy manager or someone who has the passion to learn and stand up for the role to be the main contact between the manager and the care team.

Deputy Home Manager vacancy details:

• £12.50ph + (ability to negotiate for the right candidate)
• Hours to be discussed within interview.
• Full time contract
• Permanent contract

Deputy Home Manager experience and skills:

• You must have prior experience within a residential home for at least 12 months.
• You must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards.
• You must have good communication and time keeping skills.
• Drivers are preferred but not essential.
• You must have the ability to control your work load and have a friendly calming approach for care staff and residents.
