About the Role: We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Home Manager with RGN status to join our client's professional team in Leeds. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care and management within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the overall management and administration of the care home
- Providing clinical leadership and expertise in line with NMC guidelines
- Ensuring the delivery of person-centered care and maintaining resident dignity
- Overseeing and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
- Supporting the Home Manager in staff management and training
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN and RGN qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A strong understanding of care planning and regulatory compliance
- Passion for delivering high-quality care to elderly residents
