Job Opportunity: Deputy Home Manager
Location: Blairgowrie
Wage: £22.50/hour
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team and help us achieve the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Deliver direct nursing care and supervise staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain and update Care Plans in collaboration with service users and healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medications and oversee the health care needs of service users.
• Promote a positive and safe environment within the Care Centre.

Skills and Qualifications:
 

• 1st level nurse (nursing) or NVQ level 3 (residential).
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills.
• Genuine interest in working with the service user group.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.

Desired:
 

• Experience or qualification in care for the relevant service user category.
