An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager at a prestigious four-star hotel, situated in a prime location in North Norfolk. This role is ideal for an experienced Duty Manager or a hotel supervisor with a proven track record looking to advance their career. The successful candidate will join our professional and friendly management team, contributing to the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the hotel, ensuring high service standards.
- Provide hands-on assistance across all hotel departments as required by business needs.
- Maintain consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Address guest issues and queries promptly and professionally.
- Uphold Health & Safety procedures throughout the hotel.
- Conduct staff training and monitor performance to ensure team excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A friendly, professional demeanour with an outgoing nature and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in hospitality within a quality establishment.
- Exceptional customer service delivery skills.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and staff management skills.
- Capability to motivate and direct staff with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and stay overnight on the premises on a rotational basis.
