In this role you'll be supporting the IT Services Manager in their day to day duties and assisting teachers and student with their IT queries. You'll be able to continually review and refine their practice to mould this division into your own.
The Ideal Deputy IT Services manager will be able to troubleshoot IT problems and have good communication skills when dealing with both staff and students.
The Role:
- Providing solutions to staff and student queries
- Assisting the management of the IT team
The Person:
- Experience in IT and Tech support
- Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
- Good communication skills and confident when dealing with staff and students
