Job Title: Deputy Leisure and Lettings Manager (South Glos and Glos Clusters)Contract: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Grade D - £29,673 - £32,489Start: March/April 2024What we are looking for: Cabot Learning Federations central team are currently seeking a Deputy Leisure and Lettings Manager to cover our South Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire academies. Due to the Federation growing at some speed, this is a new role to join an established team. Reporting to the Leisure and Lettings Manager, the Deputy Leisure and Lettings Manager will supervise and manage all sports centre lettings activities across select academies (King’s Oak Academy, Hanham Woods Academy and John Cabot Academy in South Gloucestershire, and Tewkesbury Academy and Brook Academy in Gloucestershire). The facilities are run outside of school hours including evenings and weekends and therefore, the postholder will work flexibly to ensure the successful delivery of the Leisure and Lettings service including Tewkesbury Swim School.This role will be expected to line manage a team of Duty Manager, , Swimming Manager, Duty Officers, Senior Leisure Attendants and Leisure Attendants across the academies ensuring the safety of all users, delivery of outstanding customer service and a high level of customer care. At all times, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the academy/federation.Offered on a hybrid basis, the successful candidate will be expected to work from their contractual office base, their home and academy sites. Outdoor working will be required at times so we require someone to work flexibly according to business needs. This will include working evenings and/or weekends at short notice and/or being available to respond to urgent business needs outside of office hours.About the Cabot Learning Federation:The Cabot Learning Federation is a diverse Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in the South West.
