We are seeking aspiring future leaders to join our team as Deputy Managers. This role is ideal for individuals eager to engage with every aspect of our business, who thrive in delivering exceptional customer service and who are driven by the ambition to build a long-lasting, successful career with us. This would be an ideal role for someone who is ready for the next step in their career to move into a management position.

Location: Unit 1, Hawley Lane, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 8JB
Hours: This is a full time 45 per week contract with shifts falling Monday- Friday and every other Saturday
6.30am - 4pm
OR
8.30am- 6pm

What will I be doing?
No two days will ever be the same with us! As duty manager you will be at the forefront of motivating and engaging the whole team in providing exceptional customer service. Your role will focus on both operations and sales giving you the opportunity to fully be involved in the management of the branch.
A key part of your role will also involve mentoring, coaching and supervising staff so that the whole team feel their contribution to the branches success is recognised and valuable.

These brilliant tradespeople are powered by Jewson to provide the high-quality products and expert services they need to grow their own businesses. Previous team leadership experience would be ideal as you be involved in leading the team and setting a high standard of how we provide exceptional service to customers.
As you will be the branch manager's 'right hand person'- you will need a proactive approach and problem solving mind set that ensures the branch runs smoothly at all times.
