We’re recruiting to this service in Worthing that’s home to eight clients. The clients enjoy being fully involved in their lives and the running of the house, as well as going out each day into the local community and beyond.

As a Deputy Manager you will need excellent support skills with people who have a learning disability, combined with experience of the supervision of staff.
We’re looking for a Deputy Manager to join us that are naturally warm, caring and want to support our clients to reach their potential. You don’t need any experience or qualifications; we’ll give you all the skills you need to be a great Deputy Manager.
With a strong understanding of legislation and best practice, the role will include supporting the service manager to lead the team in providing quality support for the individuals that live at St Botolphs.
